Voice Over / Voiceover

A good voice over requires technique, experience, cooperation and understanding of the target group.

I voice in both Danish and English, have more than 15 years' full-time experience in the voice over industry, with some of the world's largest companies as clients, and I am among Denmark's best voice over artists. Furthermore, I have a selection of handpicked voice over talents in various languages. So if you need more than one voice for your project, or just another voice than mine, I can help.

Through experience from the more than 150.000 productions I've been a part of, I have a lot of knowledge to draw from and with a natural interest in project handling and quality I approach new and former projects with a curious and open mindset.

Translation and Scripts

Although a good voiceover can "save" a product's credibility, despite a poorly written script or translation, it's a very good idea to prioritize the script, so the foundation for a good voice over production is laid.

Manuscripts and translations made by machines or copywriters who have no experience in writing for the spoken language often have no sense of how much can be said within a given time frame, or how the spoken language is different from the written.

A good manuscript or translation is thorough and clear in its expression. This means that the voice over artist doesn't have to use his/her focus on adjusting the script to make it easy for the listener to understand, but can instead, to a greater extent, focus on working with nuances in the voiceover delivery that make the message not only more understandable, but also credible and relevant.

With extensive experience in translating scripts for vocal use from English to Danish, as well as adapting scripts for Voice Over, I am a safe choice when your script needs to be clear and concise for your target audience.

Project Management, Localization and Post Production

A good product requires the ability to work together, and good cooperation is best achieved through good project management.

A good coordinator takes responsibility for the project as a whole, is realistic in terms of finances and time frames. Is able to create and maintain a good energy in and around the project and delivers what was agreed upon, on time.

I love working with people and have a good amount of experience as a project manager with both text writing, translations and sound production of all kinds.

If you need help with project management of telephone systems (IVR), product films, animations, e-learning modules, commercials, etc., I and my good colleagues are happy to contribute our knowledge and expertise.

Delivery

Projects that include other voice artists are delivered by agreement

Voiceovers and other projects by me only, are delivered directly from my studio, or I meet and deliver in a studio of your choice.

Shorter scripts of up to 300 words are delivered from workday to workday.

If needed, I can often deliver from hour to hour and if you need me right now, feel free to call and I will do my best to help.
